Experience
2024 - Current
The Boeing CompanySenior Business Intelligence Engineer, Quality & Compliance Analytics
- Designed, built and deployed Daily Area Compliance, a mobile-friendly web application that replaced a paper checklist for manufacturing teams. Used daily by 5,000+ employees across all shifts since its Aug 2026 launch, it cut time per checklist from about 60 minutes to under 5.
- Replaced manual compliance reports (3 a day, about 30 minutes each, roughly 390 hours a year) with real-time role-based dashboards, automated reminders for missed checklists and manager summaries. Built end to end across the web interface, APIs and an incremental MySQL-to-SQL Server ETL pipeline with automated success and failure alerts.
- Delivered Jan-Aug 2026 enhancements to the Production Area Self-Assessment (PASA) application, built in response to an FAA requirement and adopted across every BCA program: fixed checklist defects, added assessor access logging and role visibility, moved data refreshes to three scheduled runs a day, and published the assessor guide, compliance checklist and roles matrix.
- Designed and deployed a digital communication and tie-in application across multiple programs, replacing paper-based shift handoffs with a single platform that standardized cross-shift communication.
- Awarded a patent for a framework that gives a condensed view of critical paths and quick access to key performance indicators (P140, P251), supporting quality and safety decisions in aircraft production.
- Built a one-page tool consolidating thousands of critical data points, speeding prioritization of safety, cost and Lean improvements.
2019 - 2024
The Boeing CompanyQuality Business Intelligence
- Replaced segmented training reports with one centralized data feed, cutting daily effort 78% (from 225 to 50 minutes) and improving first-pass-yield report quality 90%, for an estimated $60K in annual labor savings.
- Redesigned training and certification metric delivery to BCA employees using Lean, cutting time and resources 85%; approved for implementation.
- Built the 787 Certification Dashboard to verify mechanic certification status for compliance and audit operations, and an Overtime Dashboard that combines HR data to report overtime eligibility to senior leadership.
- Mapped flow time for each step of the new Workday hiring process to find bottlenecks versus the prior system, supporting leadership's hiring and staffing decisions for BCA production capacity.
2015 - 2019
AmazonProduction Planning and Supply Chain Analyst (previously Operations Manager I)
- Cut labor and transportation costs by up to $200K during peak season by investigating logistics issues and resolving network imbalance and inbound prioritization.
- Provided labor planning support for 44 North American fulfillment centers across the Northeast, Southwest and Central regions, forecasting daily and holiday labor needs from attendance and attrition history and balancing day and night capacity to meet customer order commitments.
- Built metrics and dashboards to monitor carrier efficiency and fulfillment center KPIs, and ran root-cause analyses with Finance, HR and Operations leaders.
- As Operations Manager I, led 50+ associates through performance management, training, onboarding and shift staffing plans, and implemented a new process that raised productivity 15% and cut time wastage 35%.
